Anthony is a Director of Lawler Partners where he currently leads a team of experienced professionals in our Sydney Business Advisory Services Team.
Anthony has experience working with private sector small and medium enterprises. He provides assistance to clients encompassing accounting, strategic advice, management reporting, compliance and related matters.
Anthony has further worked as a successful advisor to many of the major Franchise groups for over 3 years, at the Franchisee and Franchisor level. Anthony specialises in creating strategy for growth and has worked with Franchises including Hungry Jacks, Gloria Jeans and Michel’s Patisserie.
Some of Anthony’s current key assignments include:
- Assessing the financial reporting integrity of franchise groups and providing recommendations on implementing strategies that create change.
- Communicating the importance of the correct group structure to the SME market when considering:
- Taxation
- Asset Protection
