John Vouris and Brad Tonks of the Business Recovery team at Lawler Partners were appointed Voluntary Administrators of Beauty Health Group Limited on 8 August 2011 after a resolution was passed by its board of directors.

The Administrators will be working closely with the company's stakeholders in preparation for the first meeting of creditors which will be held at the offices of Lawler Partners, Level 9, 1 O'Connell St, SYDNEY NSW 2000 on Thursday, 18 August 2011. Shareholders are also welcome to attend this meeting.

"We are currently liaising with interested parties and are hopeful that negotiations will secure an offer for the Company that will maximise a return to creditors", Bradley Tonks said.
