Liquidator Strengthens Lawler Business Recovery & Insolvency Team

Lawler Partners has strengthened its Newcastle Business Recovery & Insolvency practice with the appointment of new Partner and liquidator, Chad Rapsey. 

The recent appointment boosts the total Lawler Partners specialist team to five Partners and thirty staff. The 15 member Hunter team also includes Partners Ray Tolcher and Mitch Griffiths. 

Chad originally began his career in insolvency at Lawler Partners over 8 years ago and has returned to the firm after 5 years with a specialist insolvency & reconstruction firm. 

Chad's focus with the firm is on developing strategies and taking a pragmatic approach to assist companies and individuals recover from financial distress.

"I really aim to make a difficult situation as easy as possible, by providing my clients with the most practical, confidential and ethical advice available to them in these stressful and delicate circumstances", commented Chad.

Chad has developed a strong reputation within the local professional services market and  is currently a committee member of the Hunter branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has recently assisted in the establishment of the Young Chartered Accountants in the Hunter Sub-Committee.
