Vince Fayad is a Director of Lawler Corporate Finance and is based in our Sydney office.

He has more than 30 years experience as a Chartered Accountant and has spent the last 20 years specialising in corporate advisory services.

Vince has worked with companies from a broad range of industries and from small to medium enterprises right through to large and international companies.

Vince has been involved in the management of more than 50 initial public offerings and has prepared more than 50 independent expert reports as well as acted as an expert witness in court proceedings.

Vince has advised both private and public companies on the sale, purchase and financing of businesses and has undertaken due diligence assignments for the acquisition of businesses as well as advising on shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes.

Vince has worked with clients to prepare a range of commercial valuation reports covering intellectual property and brand names as well as options and start-up companies particularly in relation to acquisitions.
