Peter has experience in acquisition due diligence, infrastructure valuations and preparing purchase price allocation reports, including valuing intangible assets.
He has worked as a solicitor, investment banker, corporate planner, litigation support accountant and corporate advisor, so is able to deliver support and advice to his corporate clients covering a broad range of business aspects.
He works closely with his clients to build relationships and gain detailed understanding and knowledge of their business so he can provide the most relevant corporate advice and employ the right strategies to achieve business objectives.
