James is a Principal in Lawler Partners Business Advisory Services where his professional focus is on providing taxation, accounting and business advice to a wide variety of clients.
James’s professional experience includes advising small to medium enterprises on all aspects of their compliance obligations and identifying and implementing value added solutions to their businesses.
In addition, James advises clients on entry into the consolidated tax regime, providing advice on restructuring of family groups, advising clients in regard to asset acquisitions and sales and undertaking compliance reviews for clients in relation to their Income Tax, GST and Payroll Tax obligations.
