Anthony is a Director of Lawler Partners where he currently leads a team of experienced professionals in our Sydney Business Advisory Services Team.

Anthony has experience working with private sector small and medium enterprises. He provides assistance to clients encompassing accounting, strategic advice, management reporting, compliance and related matters.

As a leader of the Lawler Partners Industry team, Anthony has provided specialist advice to pharmacies on business improvement strategies, financial reporting along with taxation and compliance. His work in providing the application of Lawler Partners intellectual property is particularly beneficial to groups of pharmacies. Anthony has recently been working with groups of up to ten wholly owned and joint venture pharmacies on profit maximisation strategies.

Anthony has further worked as a successful advisor to many of the major franchise groups for over 4 years, at the franchisee and franchisor level.  Anthony specialises in creating strategies for growth and has worked with franchises including Hungry Jacks, Gloria Jeans, Retail Food Group Limited and Office National Limited.

Some of Anthony’s current key assignments include:

• Assessing the financial reporting integrity of franchise groups and providing recommendations on implementing strategies that create change;

• Communicating the importance of the correct group structure to the SME market when considering taxation, asset protection, benchmarking for best practice and benchmarking for value creation.
