Allan is a Director of Lawler Corporate Finance and is based in our Sydney office. He has more than 30 years experience providing accounting, tax, business and corporate finance advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries including;
- Property development;
- Manufacturing;
- Retail; and;
- Distribution sectors
He also has considerable experience in SME capital raising, Initial Public Offerings, ASX listings, valuations and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Allan has for many years held Partner roles within public practice in the corporate advisory, business services and taxation fields.
Allan was formerly the Chairman and a non-executive Director of the ASX listed companies:
- Longreach Group Limited;
- Sabre Group Limited;
- Balmoral Corporation Limited; and
- Datadot Technology Limited.
Allan was also a non-executive Director of:
- Amalgamated Equities Limited;
- Signature Leisure Limited;
- Lasseters Corporation Limited;
- Cypress Lakes Group Limited; and
- Tasman Asset Management Limited.
Allan currently holds the roles of Non-Executive Chairman with Rose Property Group Pty Limited (Rosecorp), Chairman of the Advisory Board of Alwyn Private Hospital and is a Director of Centara Capital.
